The Barefoot Path in Bad Sobernheim promises fun in combination with wellness and exercise. On a three and a half kilometre course young and old can experience how grass, sand, gravel, bark chips, clay and water feel on bare feet.

Canoe tours on the Glan River are also a great adventure experience. 

Climbers find ideal conditions in the Morgenbach Valley, among the Oberhaus rock formations, the Rotenfels or the High Ropes Course in Bad Kreuznach and in the Climbing Forest (high rope park) near Bingen.

Water fun for all ages! The Bostalsee is the largest recreational lake in southwest Germany. A sandy beach with a spacious lawn for sunbathing, building sandcastles or playing beach volleyball. Perfect for swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing, diving, boating or walking or cycling around the lake on a seven kilometre trail - a paradise for people looking for relaxation, exercise and variety.
