Long distance hiking trails in the Nahe region

Long-distance hiking trails are trails over several stages.

A characteristic feature of this kind of hiking trail is that they run through different regions and cannot be completed in one day. Instead, long-distance hiking trails can be mastered in several daily stages and often lead through different federal states. These trails are uniformly marked throughout or, in some sections, use regional paths.

European long-distance hiking trails run over several 1000 km. Probably the most famous is the Camino de Santiago, part of which also runs along the Nahe river. The typical Camino de Santiago shell indicates the corresponding section of the trail.
