Enjoyment for all

As many people as possible should be able to enjoy the diverse attractions of the region.

Step by step barrier-free

There are more and more exciting offers for holidays with wheelchairs and travel with other disabilities - from barrier-free hotels to museum visits or draisine tours.

This benefits disabled guests and holidaymakers with sensory impairments or other mobility restrictions, such as older people, families with prams or persons with sports injuries.

However, no company, no location, no region can become barrier-free overnight. It is a process that is in full swing in Rhineland-Palatinate and the Nahe region. After all, guests should be confident that the local hosts are attuned to their needs and can spend a relaxing and stress-free holiday and feel welcome.

Extensive information is also available on the Rheinland-Pfalz-Tourismus GmbH website. The project "Barrier-free Tourism" was systematically developed there and prepared in cooperation with the tourism regions and professional associations.
